Welcome to the Madfish Grill! We opened our doors in 1999 as our neighborhood’s first casual dining seafood restaurant. We don’t just serve seafood though; we have premium steaks, pasta, sandwiches, and salads too! We’re a little bit Caribbean, a little bit New England and all Sarasota in the food we serve on our brunch, lunch, early bird and dinner menus. We also offer a full bar, an extensive wine list and happy hour 7 days a week. Madfish is a local, independent Sarasota restaurant and we do our best to partner with other local companies to bring you locally grown produce and fresh fish.

The owners of Madfish Grill are Miles & Mindy Millwee, who have been in the restaurant industry for over 3 decades. They had the vision to turn an old bank into a restaurant nearly 15 years ago and are proud to continue to offer quality food with professional service in a fun, friendly atmosphere. The Millwees have always emphasized hospitality above all things, and at Madfish an exceptional dining experience is what we strive for. We want you to feel like family, because to us, you are!
